It is the day after New Years your goals are set, your visions are in place, a structure is in place. Now is the time to see if you are ready to execute! Will you embody those goals are let them slide away like the ones of the past?
It can be overwhelming looking at your goals and where you want to be. The trick is to take one step at a time! One baby step puts you in the right direction. One wake up and hop out of bed, one yes instead of a no, one no instead of a yes. Take the steps for yourself and your growth!
We are in a time where people have lost their voice and are closed off to the world around them. Being afraid of how we will be judged, what others will think of us, if we are smart enough or know enough to help another person. Who cares? Do you believe in yourself? Do you know what you do helps others? Can you stand by your work with an open heart and an open mind?
That is something I work with everyday. When I wake up in the morning I ask myself am I showing up as the best version of me? Do I like who I am and what am I doing in this world? Do I enjoy my life? If I do, then awesome! I'll keep doing more of what I enjoy. If I don't I will take a good hard look at what I don't enjoy and I will change it.
We are put on this world to do amazing things. To create art and love. To support others. To inspire growth, compassion, and humility. Now it's time to start walking the walk. Stand up for what you feel to be true. Move out of the comfort zone to experience the infinite world of possibilities. You will be amazed at what you find! We are all walking each other home, and it can be an enjoyable walk!
