Helping You Move Forward

I grew up in the midwest with a strong passion for athletics. It was the only thing that kept me going through my childhood and teen years. I built a strong foundation on competing against others which worked for awhile, until it didn't. After running college I had a short stint coaching collegiately until I realized it was no longer my passion. Then it felt as if my life was falling apart. I no longer knew what I wanted to do or who I wanted to become. I began my self healing journey in 2015 when I discovered esoteric healing, neuro linguistic programming, emotional intelligence, and a variety of other modalities. All of the techniques and skills I have learned and used over the years are those which I use with clients.

I guide clients in a way that utilizes both their heads and their hearts analytics and feeling. The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges.
