10 ways to start loving yourself the way you deserve to be loved

1. Create a morning ritual.
This may look like a morning walk, journaling, or time for meditation. Anything for yourself to start your day off on the right foot! The first 20 minutes of your day set the tone for the whole day!
2. Gratitude practice.
Go through and write down 10 things you are grateful for, then repeat those 10 things out loud with feeling!
3. Drink water.
The body is made of over 90% water. Your body deserves to be hydrated!
4. Surround yourself around loving people.
You are who you surround yourself around! Choose wisely!
5. Exercise at least 3 times a week.
6. Read at least 3 times a week.
7. Spend time in nature.
8. Detach yourself from social media and electronics from time to time.
9. Bring joy into your life!
10. Smile :)
